I like to call myself a thinker because to truly understand what’s needed for a project, you have to think beyond creating a pretty picture. You have to understand the image or message you’re trying to project and what the target audience finds appealing, then deliver it in a way that best conveys it. But in reality, I like to make all my designs as simple, practical and logical as possible, managing the entire creative process — communication study, image management, design through fulfillment.

Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, I hold a degree in advertising art from the University of North Texas and have more than 15 years of experience as a creative director, art director and graphic designer for some of Dallas’ most respected advertising/public relations firms and design shops.

Working with such diverse clientele as Exxon Mobil, Guaranty Bank, Zale Lipshy University Hospital, Johnson & Johnson, Travelocity.com and American Airlines, my broad-based experience is adaptable to the needs of companies from nearly every facet of the business world.

My philosophy is to deliver not only a product that exceeds my client’s expectations, but whenever possible, introduce them to a new and more creative pathway for achieving – or exceeding — their objectives. I enjoy the challenge of introducing my clients to a new approach for setting themselves apart from the competition while achieving bottom-line results.
